Le traitement est mis en place progressivement, en modifiant la posologie tous les 4 jours. Depuis que nous avons commenc\u00e9 le <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">d\u00e9paquine <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">(17 jours) : la petite continue d&#x27;avoir des crises, presque tous les jours, et souvent 2 \u00e0 3 fois par jour. Parfois, elles sont longues et intenses (15 \u00e0 20 minutes), parfois courtes (environ 5 minutes). C&#x27;est normal, nous ont dit ses m\u00e9decins, car il faut atteindre la posologie souhait\u00e9e pour que les convulsions commencent \u00e0 diminuer (150<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">mg<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">3 fois par jour).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, et apr\u00e8s deux semaines sans traitement, nous effectuerons \u00e9galement des analyses de sang pour v\u00e9rifier les taux d&#x27;enzymes h\u00e9patiques et voir si son foie est affect\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman' , serif; font-size: 13.0pt;\">Nous refaisons alors \u00e9galement l&#x27;\u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalogramme.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><em>*Cette section d\u00e9crit l&#x27;exp\u00e9rience personnelle d&#x27;une famille.
